Payment.

Please pay your massage therapist. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Gift Certificates.

The service listed on the gift certificate is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The amount paid for the certificate will be honored for 5 years from the date of purchase.

The cancellation policy applies.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Gift certificates are transferable.

Gift certificate must be presented to be redeemed. Relax Wichita is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Relax Wichita is not responsible for any unauthorized use.

Arrive on time.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of plans. We try our best to be accommodating but our schedules have very little time to spare. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to remain on schedule. The full service fee will be charged.

If you are running late, please call or text your therapist to let them know. Please realize that after 10 minutes, with no communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment.

Missed appointments.

When you (or a family member) make an appointment, you are responsible for keeping that appointment. If you are unable to make an appointment, we require a minimum of a 12 hour notice. You are financially responsible for any missed appointments or any appointments cancelled without a 12 hour notice. This policy remains in effect whether or not you receive a reminder call or email.

No-show / missed appointments will be charged for the FULL service.

A no-show is when you don’t call to cancel AND don’t SHOW up for the appointment. Your appointment is a no-show 10 minutes after your scheduled time when you have not arrived or called.

Late cancelled appointments will be charged $50.00 (Any appointment cancelled without adequate notice.)

Payment for the missed appointment will be due before your next session. The clinic and/or provider reserve the right to limit future appointments to those who have a history of missed appointments. Payment may be required in advance for those that have a pattern of no-show appointments.

Draping policy.

You will be draped. The drape may be your own clothes or a sheet, but you will be covered during your massage. The drape will be folded back to access the area I am directly working on.

Being respectful.

For the safety of our therapists, any session that has become inappropriate in nature by either verbal or non-verbal communication may be terminated without notice. The full service fee will be charged.
